Oh my. It's been a while since we've had any new announcements, hasn't it?
Anyway, I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd very much like to get this place moving again. I'm posting a good few new topics in an attempt to drum up some discussion, because no matter how popular the Alliance gets, the forums will stay dead until we get some moderate activity along.
I hadn't mentioned this in the site updates, but since late January and into February we've had an unexplained surge in site activity through Google searches, and as such I'd like to accomodate these new patrons with a forum worth visiting. I've made three new skins for the forum and I'm working on some new avatars, as well as advertising the Alliance on a few other accounts of mine. (As if that will help)
We managed to get rid of the unnecessary chatboxes on the anime board and on the homepage, leaving the original Chatango as a global site feature, and we've tried to touch up other site features to a point, such as a new forum ranking system (which you may have already noticed). Needless to say, all this work is worthless without diligent posters keeping the forum alive, so please, pay us a visit every now and then and hopefully we'll have more to offer you as time passes.
